E-Commerce Terms and Conditions - Tailored to your service

Some common questions on our service:

How Much? HOW MUCH DOES THE SERVICE COST?
The cost is a one-off fee of £90.00 + VAT. This is incredibly cheap when you consider how much it would cost to get a lawyer to do this for you!

What questions? WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS DO YOU ASK?
To ensure we create T&C's suitable for your company, we ask around 20 questions. Around 10 of these questions relate to your company name, address, trading address, email contact details, company and VAT registration numbers (if applicable) etc. We use this information to automatically 'fill-the-blanks' in your legal documents.
"We then ask additional questions on whether you sell to business or individuals, sell goods or services, the type of goods you sell, your current returns policy (e.g. number. of days), etc. These ensure that we include the correct clauses in your downloadable T&C's.
If you have any problems answering the questions, we're available via the live-chat during office hours to help you. The cost is a one-off fee of £90.00 + VAT. This is incredibly cheap when you consider how much it would cost to get a lawyer to do this for you!

It just takes a few minutes to complete the interactive system which will build your terms and conditions. The service is fully automated and you will be able to download your T&C's immediately.

Comprehensive Terms HOW COMPREHENSIVE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Our terms and conditions are very comprehensive and provide a level of detail unmatched by other companies offering "standard templates". Our legal advisers review our templates every 3 months to ensure full compliance with changes in law and new regulations. We believe our T&C's are suitable for 95% of websites, and we offer a full refund if you're not entirely happy with our service. However some businesses will have unique requirements that would be impossible to cover in an automated service like ours. If you think you may need a more tailored service please chat to us via the button above for more information.
